ABSTRACT
As skin side effects have recently increased, The purpose was to check the possibility of using Rubus coreanus Miquel extract as a natural functional material. Check the antioxidant activity on the Rubus coreanus Miquel extract extracted with 70% ethanol, The DPPH radical scavenge, cytototoxicity, Protection of cells by ultraviolet A, inhibition of tyrosinase activity in vitro, and inhibition of melanin in B16F10 melanoma cells were measured. Anti-activation activity by Rubus coreanus Miquel extract with high DPPH radical scavenge was confirmed, No cytotoxicity was found at all concentrations. The concentration-dependent effect of protecting cells against ultraviolet ray A has been identified. Rubus coreanus Miquel extract, which is less toxic to skin cells and has an active effect on UV rays and whitening. The potential for use as a natural material with low side effects and excellent effects was identified.
